There are generally three reasons why the temperature cannot rise: 1 Heating AC contactor device failure; 2. The heating pipe is burnt out; 3. Circuit board components are damaged. The corresponding solution is to replace the AC contactor, replace the heating pipe, replace or repair the circuit board.
The failure to cool down is due to the blockage of the solenoid valve or the aging of the solenoid valve coil. In fact, the root cause of the problem is that the solenoid valve cannot turn on the switch of cooling or heating water, resulting in no heat exchange between the mold temperature machine and the machine. At this time, only replace or clean the solenoid valve.
Pump overload is more difficult to deal with than the above problems. At this time, check whether the power supply is out of phase, whether the value of current limiter is too low, whether the water pump is short circuited, whether the rotor bearing is damaged, etc. The above problems are difficult to deal with by the mold temperature machine.
